Online Banking FAQ's

1 - What payment methods can I use to pay my bill online?

There are two different ways you can pay for your bills online.  The first way is to pay your bill directly from your chosen bank account each month at no charge for the transaction.  The second way is to pay with a credit or debit card.  With this method of payment, there will be a 3% convenience fee which is collected by Point and Pay for their processing of the payment.  The Village of Cass City does not receive any part of this fee.

2 - Is there a way I can have my bill automatically deducted from my bank account each month?

Yes!  This is called the ACH Bill Payment.  You can either come in to the Village office to sign up or you can click on the link called "ACH Form" on the bottom of the Pay Your Bill Online page.  That link will take you to the form to fill out.  That form then either needs to be brought in to our office or mailed to us at 6506 Main St. Cass City, MI 48726.  This method of payment is for utility bills only!

3 - What if I still have questions?

If you have any questions or concerns call  989.872.2911 or stop by the Cass City Municipal Office located at 6506 Main St. Cass City, MI.
